This dramedy follows Costello, a struggling single mom in London who engages in a wide variety of sex work to pay the bills, and her strange inner circle, including the toxic Selby, a privileged gay man with a laundry list of vices, plus a volatile temper that landed him in prison. He’s Costello’s safety net, the improbable, unreliable, love of her life, and a “classical homosexual” who says,“It’s completely normal to hate the people you love.”

Wreck

The BBC offers this tense thriller with a slash of comedy. When a luxury cruise ship employee goes missing, her brother, Jamie Walsh, suspects foul play He enlists in the crew for the boat’s next journey, tangling himself up in a madcap voyage of murder and mayhem. Theatre kids! Excess partying! Killers in duck costumes! One part whodunit, one part pitchblack comedy, and totally queer, this British series could be your next favorite binge-watch.
