The following applications for registration of a Trade Mark have been received and it is hereby notified that pursuant to section 22 and 24 of the Trade Marks Act 1999 and Rule 12 of the Trade Marks Rules 2001, any person may, within two months from the date of this publication of an application for registration of a Trade Mark, give to the Registrar notice of opposition to the registration and the applicant a duplicate of the notice and in the absence of any such notice, the name, address and description of the applicants will be entered in the Register of Trade Marks as the registered proprietors of the Trade Mark described in their application.
