ONE DAY IN MY LIFE s5112121 Jin Yu

Have you ever thought about death and life?

One day in my life I leave my desk

Twisted the knob Went down stairs Into my mother's garden

Is spring, A sunny afternoon, I feel like I finally Got a moment To breathe

My mother happened to be there so we started talking, We talk a lot , About love and life, Spring and hope, Feng shui and yin and yang, My Father's illness, And the impermanence of life. We all agree that: The most constant in the world, Is transformation.

Like seeds, They germinate in the spring. Bloom in the summer, Bear fruit in the autumn, In the winter They decline and fall into the soil. Become fertilizer, waiting for the next spring. This is the transformation of life, And the breath of the earth.

Two weeks ago, My father was diagnosed with cancer. His body turned into fertile soil, Let the seeds of cancer grow wildly, madly. From the liver to the gallbladder Spread to the abdominal cavity

He once a bird Never stop flying Then turned into a tree To protect his family In the New Year He said he wish to Travel around the world Maybe drive RV

"One day" But now The only thing he can do Is praying Pray that for the rest of his life he Would see more than Just the walls of the hospital

I start to realize, There are no "oneday" in our life. Mostly, we spend too much time To regret the past, Wait for the future, When was the last time I live in the present? I can't even remember But life is short, time is limited . We are shaped by society, Influenced by the social media. Start to want more and love less Begin to compare and label ourselves. Then Anxiety come to us. Life is a maze of our choices and environments

"WHY encased ourselves in a cage?" "HOW about flying out of the mind's trap" ”To creating our life?"
