01 / 10 Multiple Platform DRONE TRANSPORTATION HUB REMIX HUMAN SPACE ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
Keith Kaseman Studio Hong Kong / China // 2018
I introduced a new building type which invoives drone parking, chargeing and repairing with human activities. In near future Hong Kong, this building will take up not only the earth, but also the air space to pause the dense city for a little while. This new type is consisted by a main structure body which supported by two feet. Additionally, three arms support a lace roof structure and garage space. There fore, the groud level and second level are designed for people to use, and the upper level is for drones. The volume od human space and drone space are flexible to meet differernt needs and also the building scale.

02 / 10 Pipeline DRONE TRANSPORTATION HUB ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
Keith Kaseman Studio WORLD // 2018 FOR FUTURE
Version 1: Subtracting vacant massing boxes, this free standing object is occupied by three voluble pipes and garage space. Inside garage is storm proof and other space on the top of massing box is quick stop spot. Version 2: The pipeline was reversed inside out. Solid wall absorbing pipes became voids between garage space as transportation area. Garage enclosed three sides and stack together to be supported by columns. Building envelop turns to twisted blinds that people could see through from vary direction.

03 / 10 ADAPTABL3 AFFORDABLE HOUSING TYPOLOGY ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
Debora Mesa Studio BeltLine/ Atlanta / Georgia/ USA // 2019
There are 7.5 billion people on the planet. 70% of us are living in cities now, and we all now live a little closer. We keep a low cost on buying minimum prefabricated private space, and we are sharing more household goods and services than ever before, such as kitchens, laundry, workspaces, and gardens. This is a self sustainable community. We are using organic soil, which is made by classified kitchen garbage to produce food products in a community garden. Each of us places different demands on amenities. The elderly and handicaped might require special provisions from public transport; installing better lighting around housing matters for safety, especially to women who walk home along. We pay attention to every demand and meanwhile provide a safe, respected, loving home. This home is a collection of dreams, big and small, realizing the language of rights and touching on everything and everyone from trash collection to accessible passages for everyone, from residents to BeltLine pedestrians. More ADAPTABL3, more affordable.

Realizing Affordability by Building Each unit is high energy-saving performer. The living area is the central part of the bedroom unit which is sealed by a balcony and corridor on each end side. There are multiple layers that could be opened for full ventilation or be closed to maintain temperature both in summer or winter. Living in the Adaptabl3 community, people have more working opportunities in the living area. The maximum shared spaces need more people to manage and maintain in order to run this economic model. Therefore, we offer a chance to work within the housing community, like maintaining the roof garden, cleaning shared kitchen facilities and tableware. You get a home though your involvement.

Team up with Zhuoqing Cai Daqing / Heilongjiang / China // 2016
Daqing, a atypical city, is the economical center of Heilongjiang province in the past. Located in the northeast of China, Heilongjiang has plentiful natural material. Historically, Daqing was a agricultural city, until some scholars found that this area was full of oil underground. Evermore, the development of economy rely on exploitation of oil, and the oil was excavated excruciatingly. However, after crazy drilling oil, people would run out of this martial in few years. Therefore, economy development will mark the low for this industry. Additionally, the exploiting seared into the city with majority of pools all over it, which could not be used since the environment of pool was destroyed. Moreover, intellectuals left Daqing to seek for new chances. Daqing loosed it’s flourish and attraction in nowadays.

Mark Cottle Studio Team up with Shenjie Li, Lu Zhang Chattahoochee / Georgia / USA // 2018
The 2018 Portman Prize and Studio explores the interface between ecology and archtecture. It seeks proposals that press the limits of architects' social responsibility and design agenct. Proposals must extent form-making beyond a building and its immediate site to the reciprocal shaping of alocalized architecture and the extended landscape including the reformulation of material assemblies. Site 1 the the palce we constrct building. Site 2 is the factory to produce the material. And site 3 is a multi-use tract designated for resource extraction.

Aarhus / Denmark // 2014
Aarhus located in the Danish Jutland peninsula east coast of Aarhus Bay. This beautiful city industrialized in Nineteenth Century and seemed as a harbour at that menment. As rapid development of economy, Aarhus became the second largest city in Denmark, as well as the national cultural center. Renovation of the old Building established in 1921 in Aarhus is not a easy task, that is because locating in a pivot place, any trasformation has risk due to the deeply history. The most wise solution is to link this historical building to new life style of people and the development of Aarhus and also has clues of traditional construction style. Therefore, I decided to transform it into a recreation center which provides several kind of workout space and bring about different relaxations for people of all ages. Facelifting the old building involving two solutions. The first is about transforming the function of the old building, and the second is change the outer facade. For is regard, the branden new appearance attracts people's attention.

A shared courtyard is enclosed by pitched roof brick building in each cellular lot, which provides a relatively private common space for building users. I lift the existed courtyard to second floor which movement actually creates a two-level outdoor space.
