REORDERS
Minimum reorder is $100.
RETURNS
Defective or damaged items are eligible for an account credit (see CLAIMS). All other returns must be approved within 60 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact UPG at wholesale@PhilosophersGuild.com for approval. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be unstickered and in resalable condition.
BACKORDERS
Unless you provide alternate instructions, out of stock items are automatically backordered. Backorders under $40 ship with free freight to destinations in the continental US. Customers pay freight on all backorder shipments over $40 unless backorder originated from a free freight order. No additions may be made to backorders with special promotions. Customers wanting no part of this backorder poppycock and bombast may elect no backorders ever but it’s your loss.
SHIPPING
UPG products ship from our domestic warehouse, FOB Indianapolis, Indiana. Charges will be determined at time of shipping and will be added to each invoice. If your account is prepaid by credit card, this will result in two separate charges. If you’d like to ship on your third-party account, please specify your shipping number on the order.

INVOICES
Invoices are sent via email at time of shipment. Please notify us if you prefer to receive invoices via fax, snail mail, or Pony Express.
INTERNET MARKETPLACE SALES
Wholesale customers are not authorized to sell UPG products on Internet marketplace sites, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Jet, Etsy, etc.
CLAIMS
All claims due to incorrect pricing on an invoice, defective or damaged items, shortage, or items shipped in error must be reported to UPG Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
IVORY TOWER PROGRAM
5% discount applies only to stores that have the tower or countertop display on the floor. Customers may be asked for visual confirmation.
