ICONIC INN CELEBRATES 50 YEARS OF CHRISTMAS CHEER

t Route 106/107 and Jericho Turnpike sits a legendary property that began as a simple two-room house more than 340 years ago. Today, the property is home to the Milleridge Inn, Cottage and Shops – one of the most beautiful places to visit during the holiday season. For the past five decades, the Milleridge has decked the halls inside and out, turning its buildings and grounds into a winter wonderland. Elaborately decorated Christmas trees are placed in each of the Inn’s dining rooms while those outside are decorated with thousands of lights. wooden soldiers and stockings are tastefully displayed throughout the Inn. There is no other place on Long Island that decorates for the holidays to the degree that the Milleridge does, making it a tradition and an anticipated gathering place for so many over the years. While many book Christmas Eve dinner reservations months in advance, others visit the property simply to soak in the holiday atmosphere and join in the merriment.
