Yad b’ Yad Award Celebration 2.28.15 Tribute Book

Welcome to Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey’s

Yad b’ Yad Award Celebration Volunteers are the basis for our thriving and vital Jewish community. All of the Jewish organizations here thrive because of the hard work of their community builders and leaders. To recognize the importance of volunteerism within this community, the Young Adult Division (YAD) of the Jewish Federation honors young volunteers throughout our South Jersey Jewish community. With the support of 21 different organizations, tonight we are doing just that. The individuals we celebrate this evening each give an abundant amount of their time, energy, and passion to the organizations they represent. Our entire South Jersey community benefits from the commitment of these individuals. We want this celebration to energize the incredible spirit of volunteerism in our community and unify our local synagogues, religious schools, and Jewish organizations.

THE STRENGTH OF A PEOPLE. THE POWER OF COMMUNITY. The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, and our family of agencies, cares for those in need, enhances Jewish life, and ensures the continuity of a vibrant Jewish community locally, in Israel, and around the world. Together, we provide the essential services and programs that help individuals and families; building a better life for all.

INTRODUCING OUR 2015

Yad b’Yad Award Honorees

SHIRA & LIOR KEET Adath Emanu-El Shira and Lior use their parents’ example to continue the tradition of volunteerism. Shira said, “I volunteer because I grew up in a home that was full of Judaism and tzedakah. From a very young age, I knew how important it was to care for and to help others whether it be monetarily, physically, or even with my time. It was not just talked about in the home, but I was led by example. I owe everything I know about Judaism and tikkun olam to my late father, Rabbi Richard A. Levine, z”l.” Shira puts in a lot of time in teaching at Adath Emanu-El, where she teaches 2nd and 7th grades, as well as Hebrew High School. When she is not writing lesson plans or teaching, she is always a part of something going on at the synagogue. She likes to volunteer for the Early Child Care and Religious School and help with special programs. Shira currently sits on the board of Adath Emanu-El and chairs the Fundraising and Development Committee, which plays a major role in the future of the synagogue. She is also on the synagogue Finance Committee and tries to help with programming and events when she can. Lior and Shira and their extended family are very passionate about JNF, breast cancer research, JDRF, and Israel and try to pass their passions on to their children. Shira is a former animal trainer. She and Lior cannot live without their family. They have three children: daughter, Jadyn (9); son, Liam (6); and son, Caleb (3).

RINA SHOCHAT

Chabad Lubavitch of Camden & Burlington Counties Rina Shochat, 42 (29 to her children), has an energetic and positive approach to life, and integrates her love of photography into her volunteering. “I like to be involved and assist in any way I can. I care about things that happen in my community and love the way Chabad is friendly to all. I want my kids to know and care about their Jewish heritage and traditions, and be helpful to the community. I believe that kids learn by seeing, so I hope I show them the right way - to give. I’m very happy to see my kids follow my enthusiasm and contribute their efforts. My son, Yoni, is volunteering at Chabad Hebrew School and my daughter, Dafna, volunteered for many years at Chabad Summer/Winter camp and Chabad Hebrew school. I’m honored to be nominated and I congratulate all other nominees on this award,” said Rina. She is known as the unofficial photographer of Chabad. During Purim, she and her kids help with mishloach manot. Whenever possible she comes in and donates her time. When she is not volunteering, she is an Application Developer for an investment management company. She said she couldn’t live without her family and friends and her camera. Her family members include her husband, Alex; kids, Dafna (18), Yoni (14), and Nate (11); and Siamese cat, Laska (8).

BRIANA SINGH

Chabad of Gloucester County Briana Singh, 34, believes Chabad has become part of her family. She was not active in the community before meeting Avi and Mina Richler. She quotes Winston Churchhill as she sums up why she volunteers, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” Briana has helped raise funds for the First Annual Chabad of Gloucester County Golf Tournament. She has taken meals to members of the community, and she sets up and cooks for events for the community. “I like to volunteer because I enjoy helping others in any way that I can. It is community building. Volunteering is also an important value to teach my children. If I want them to emulate me, I need them to not just watch, but to be involved in whatever small ways they can,” she said. When she is not volunteering, she is a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse and Independent Distributor at It Works Global. Her family includes her husband of 10 years, Paul; daughter, Shayla (8); son, Brady (5); and her parents, Barry and Barbara Bond.

JOSH ARONOVITCH Congregation B’nai Tikvah-Beth Israel Josh, 37, is following in his parents’ footsteps as an active volunteer. “I grew up crawling on the bima at B’nai Tikvah. My mom and dad both gave significant amounts of time and energy serving the community at various points in my life. The Jewish community in Southern New Jersey is home to me, and it is important that I do my part to help it thrive,” said Josh. He serves as Congregation B’nai Tikvah-Beth Israel’s First Vice President, as well as on numerous committees. He previously served as Trustee and on the Rabbi Search Committee for the synagogue. Josh also serves as co-advisor of Re’ut BBYO. Josh is a community advisor for Washington Township’s Students in Action, which was recognized with a gold medallion as the number one school for community service leadership in the nation at the 2014 Jefferson Awards. He also serves as Youth Services Director on the Washington Township Rotary Board of Directors. When he is not volunteering, he is an SAT and College Admissions Coach. He said he couldn’t live without books, imagination, and goals. His family includes his mom and dad, Leona and Harold; brother, Glen; sister-in-law, Jinnelle; their incredible daughter, Sophie (she just turned two); Aunt Elinor; his dog, Layla; and cats, Luna, Lyra, and Magyk.

VALERIE LINDEN Congregation Beth El

Valerie, 37, is an active member of Congregation Beth El. She began volunteering when her older son was enrolled in the Early Childhood Center there. As an Early Childhood Center board member, she served as the marketing liaison to the synagogue membership committee, the Parent Teacher Group co-chair, and ran the Scholastic book fair. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the synagogue and has helped with various fundraising efforts. Val has also been involved with the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey. She is a Jewish Community Voice board member and was the co-chair of the Women’s Gala, now the Event for Women. When she is not volunteering, she is a happy and proud stay-at-home mom and communications writer. She could not live without her fantastic family – her husband, Rob, and kids, Isaac and Aaron.

GAIL DeVITO

Congregation Beth Tikvah Gail has been active in membership events and any effort to bring families with children to the synagogue since she and her family joined in 2009. She said, “I grew up in a small, conservative synagogue in Central New Jersey. I moved to Cherry Hill in 2009 when we were about to have our third child. When it became time to find a synagogue, it was clear that Congregation Beth Tikvah would be our home. It is a vibrant community and they welcomed us with open arms.” This year, she became a member of the Board of Trustees, representing the needs of various types of families. Gail, her husband, three children (8 year-old twins and a 4 year-old), and miniature dachshund are regular attendees at special functions and at services. In a congregation that is smaller than most in the area, Gail is actively engaged in efforts to bring “total family” programming to the community so that all family members can be engaged in activities at the same time. When she is not volunteering she works at Global Mobility Services. She cannot live without her family and her friends.

IRIS MORROW SNYDER Congregation M’kor Shalom

Iris, 37, is a proud stay-at-home mom, Jewish volunteer, and former Jewish professional. When asked why she volunteers, she said, “I want to make the community a great place and I want to be a positive role model for my children.” She currently serves as a Vice President on the Samost Jewish Family & Children’s Service Board of Trustees and as a member of the Jewish Federation Board of Directors. She is also co-chair of the M’kor Shalom Preschool PTO. She previously served as co-chair of the Jewish Federation’s Young Adult Division. “I was a Jewish communal professional for over seven years at the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, serving in such positions as Women’s Campaign Director and Young Adult Director. I ‘retired’ in 2006 to stay home with my kids,” said Iris, who earned her Master’s Degree in Jewish Communal Service in 2001 from Gratz College. Iris said she couldn’t live without her family and iPad. Her family includes her husband, Ben, and children, Noah (8) and Ellie (3).

SABRA HESS WEINBERG Congregation Sons of Israel

Sabra, 31, loves being a part of the Congregation Sons of Israel family and an active member of the broader Cherry Hill community. “When my family moved to Cherry Hill, the members of Sons of Israel welcomed and enveloped us with such kindness and generosity. The warmth we felt was so powerful that while we moved here out of necessity, we’ve stayed out of love. Volunteering is a critical part of giving back that warmth and making sure it is shared with others.” She added, “I’m especially grateful to Sons of Israel and the Federation now that I have a child. The learning and programming opportunities in Cherry Hill are spectacular and I enjoy every opportunity to contribute. I hope my daughter can see how rewarding it is to be involved from a young age and will grow up looking at volunteering as a natural thing to do.” Sabra serves as a Vice President on the Executive Board at Sons of Israel while working on several community efforts, including the Welcoming and Young Family Committees and co-chairing various fundraising efforts. She is particularly proud to be a member of the Jewish Federation’s Young Adult Division as well and grateful for the opportunity to meet and work with so many great people from other organizations. When she is not volunteering, Sabra is a Customer Relations Manager in the financial risk management field. When asked what she cannot live without she said, “Well, in order of serious to silly here goes: 1) my dear family and friends, 2) morning Dunkin Donuts coffee run, and 3) flip-flops (rain or shine!).” Sabra is most proud to be wife to Shealtiel, her rock and inspiration; mother to Liana-Esther, the light of her life; and daughter to the spectacular woman who set all the good examples in the first place, Gila Davis.

JULIA ROBERTS

Jewish Community Relations Council Julia, 42, is passionate about Israel and issues that affect this community and abroad. When asked why she volunteers, she said,“I volunteer with the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) because I believe in their mission promoting Israel advocacy, supporting the Goodwin Holocaust Museum, literacy for students through BookMates, and their commitment to education and reduction of bigotry and hatred through community relationships and programming.” One of her most powerful volunteer memories is chairing the March for Remembrance, which took place in October 2014. She was amazed at seeing over 400 people walk down Springdale Road with a commitment to “never forget” the atrocities of the Holocaust and sending such a strong message of unity. Julia said, “The dollars raised from this event go to the Goodwin Holocaust Museum and Education Center to help fund the amazing work they do, not only for Holocaust remembrance but for hatred and bigotry education in schools throughout the tri-county area. In addition to the March of Remembrance, I was able to coordinate a five-year Jewish community holiday calendar that is on the JCRC website. It is made available to schools, government offices, and businesses in the area to make sure people can plan for the Jewish holidays in advance. This limits scheduling conflicts and increases awareness of Jewish religious observance throughout the year.” When she is not volunteering, Julia works in sales. She said she couldn’t live without vacation, family, and friends. Her family includes her husband, Adam, and daughters, Madeleine (12) and Annabelle (7).

JOEL SCHWARTZ

Jewish Community Voice Joel, 42, believes in the Jewish Community Voice. He said, “In helping the Voice, I feel I can help spread the word of the great work that everyone in the community is doing.” In addition to being one of the Vice Presidents on the Voice board, he is also the Vice-Chair of the Voice’s Finance Committee. He serves on the Jewish Community Relations Council board, their Finance Committee, and Israel Advocacy Initiative Committee. He is a longstanding member of the Jewish Federation’s Young Adult Division Steering Committee and has been on the Federation’s Budget and Allocation Committee the past few years. Joel also volunteers his time with his synagogue, Temple Emanuel. He is the Treasurer of the Men’s Club and a member of the Youth Engagement Committee. When he is not volunteering, Joel works as an accountant. He said he couldn’t live without his family and sports. His family includes wife, Julie, and children, Micah (6) and Briana (10).

IVY BROWN ROVNER Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey

Ivy, 37, has a long history of volunteering in this community. “I am a product of this community and I believe that I have a responsibility to give back and ensure that my children grow up in an even more remarkable Jewish community than I was lucky enough to grow up in,” she said. A Vice President on the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey board and recipient of the Federation’s 2014 Shellie Greenspun Young Leadership Award, Ivy also serves on various Federation committees, including the Planning, Budget and Allocations, Campaign Cabinet, and Young Adult Division Steering Committees. Ivy is also co-chair of Women’s Philanthropy, as well as a member of both the Jewish Community Relations Council board and the Samost Jewish Family & Children’s Service Government Relations Committee. Among her most memorable Federation experiences are co-chairing Federation’s 2013 Washington Mission and 2014 Event for Women, where she had the opportunity to meet feminist icon Gloria Steinem. Both events raised money for the Annual Campaign, now known as JFund, but more importantly, introduced the Federation and its family of agencies to members of our community previously unfamiliar with its mission and breadth. Ivy currently serves as Chief of Staff to New Jersey State Senator James Beach. She is a member of the Cherry Hill Township Zoning Board and the Camden County Democratic Committee. Ivy lives in Cherry Hill with her husband, Eric, and children, Alexis (6) and Benjamin (3).

JENNIFER SAKALAROS Katz Jewish Community Center

Jennifer, 38, is a proud member of the Katz Jewish Community Center (JCC) Board of Directors. She said, “As long as I can remember, the JCC has been a part of my family life. Although as members, we would visit the center for all of its facilities, I have always had such a deep appreciation for the community’s commitment to give back. It is such an honor to now be in a position to offer my time as a way to give back to a community that brings so much value to others.” Jen is this year’s Chairperson of the Big Event. This past summer, her family hosted three athletes from Boston for the Maccabi games and volunteered at many of the Maccabi events. Outside of the JCC, she is a JRA board member, Woodcrest PTA member, and co-chair of this year’s winter carnival and room mother at Congregation M’kor Shalom. When she is not volunteering, she is the Cherry Hill representative for Camp Specialists. She can’t live without her family and the beach. Her family consists of husband, Nick; daughter, Sofie; son, Jon; and dog, Kayla.

JENNIFER SAFIER

Kellman Brown Academy Jennifer is the mother of four boys in 7th, 6th, 4th, and 2nd grades. She is also the owner of The Career Finders, an employment agency with offices throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her husband is the Executive Director at Temple Beth Sholom. When asked why she volunteers, she said, “My family and I are committed to the South Jersey Jewish community and I am very active at Kellman Brown Academy.” Jennifer served as the former Parent Teacher Group President for Kellman and co-chaired its first annual Race 4 Education, which raised close to $30,000 for a new outdoor basketball court and educational programming. She is in charge of the school’s challah program, and volunteers for the twice-a-year book fair and annual Mother’s Day plant sale. “By far, I’m happiest when I’m able to see my children in the school, so I particularly like to be the Mystery Reader in 2nd grade,” she added.

MICHELLE LITWACK

Moorestown Jewish Association Michelle believes volunteering always makes a difference. She is currently a member of the Jewish Federation’s Young Adult Division, and board member and chair of Tikkun Olam at Moorestown Jewish Association. Additionally, her volunteer work at Moorestown Jewish Association includes helping with food drives, tree planting in honor of Tu Bishvat/Arbor Day, and assisting with the planning of the annual Hanukkah celebration. She is currently hosting a book drive to collect Judaic books for the Moorestown Public Library. In the past, Michelle served as secretary of the Kellman Brown Academy Parent Teacher Group, worked as a Rape Crisis Counselor for CONTACT Delaware, and was a Certified CPR Instructor for the American Heart Association. When she is not volunteering, she is the school nurse at Kellman Brown Academy and a home health care nurse for the Jewish Federation’s Aleph Home Care department. She is also the camp nurse at the JCC Camps in Medford. Michelle is the mother of two children.

VICKI MILTZ Politz Day School

Vicki, 31, feels it’s important to show what it means to give back to the community. “This is my where my daughter goes to school and where my son and future children will one day go to school. It is important to me that I show them what it means to give back to our community – the only way to lead is by example,” Vicki said. Vicki has been the Politz PTA president for the past two and a half years, where she helps to plan events for the children, such as the Chanukah dinner, the Purim carnival, and the Lag Ba’Omer BBQ. She said couldn’t live without Diet Coke, sushi, her sunglasses, her phone, and especially her family. Vicki’s family includes her husband, Mayer; daughter, Isabella; son, Henry; and dog, Charlie.

HEATHER LEIBOWITZ Samost Jewish Family & Children’s Service

Heather, 43, became motivated to join the Samost Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS) board while a member of the Jewish Federation’s Young Adult Division Steering Committee. “The services that JFCS provides are ones that may be needed by any one of us throughout our lives. JFCS touches people during their most vulnerable times. The staff of this agency is inspiring; the board members are thoroughly dedicated. It is my privilege to be part of this agency,” said Heather. When she was a rookie board member, she felt that she was constantly learning about all that JFCS provided to the community and didn’t know where to begin! She has since hosted parlor meetings, participated in food drives and food sorts, assisted in what have become annual holiday celebrations with Chai Lifeline, delivered holiday meals to homebound seniors in the community, visited with residents at the NORC for Sunday morning brunch and crafts, participated with agency staff on the recent reaccreditation process, assisted with a strategic planning project, and had speaking engagements to educate others about JFCS. She is currently co-chairing the Project SARAH (Stop Abusive Relationships At Home) Committee. “I am on several committees. Participating at JFCS is a contagious cycle; the more I do, the more I want to do!” said Heather. When she is not volunteering, Heather is an attorney who can’t live without her family, girls nights out, a good read, ice cream, and something to be involved in that she is passionate about. Her family includes her husband, David; sons, Isaac (11) and Samuel (8); daughter, Natalie (2); and dog, Charlie.

MISSY WAYNE

Temple Beth Sholom Missy is very involved in the South Jersey Jewish community. When asked why she volunteers, she said, “The reality is that I love Temple Beth Sholom (TBS) and I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful, warm, and welcoming synagogue. I volunteer because TBS is family and I love doing what I can to help. The partnership among clergy, staff, and members is what keeps us so strong and vibrant, and I truly enjoy engaging in relationships with so many amazing people on a daily basis.” At TBS, she serves on the Board of Directors and as co-chair of the Membership Committee. She was selected for and completed the yearlong President’s Leadership Institute in 20132014. She co-chaired the Ultimate 50/50 raffle for the Peace, Love, & Broadway event, the Home and School Association Committee, and the Early Childhood Education Center Committee from 2012-2014, during which time they developed and launched their “Next Dor” welcoming initiative for families with young children. She also helped to coordinate Cause for Paws in both 2013 and 2014. In addition to the time she spends at TBS, Missy is actively involved at the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey. She sits on the Federation Planning Committee and the Women’s Philanthropy Steering Committee. She co-chaired Women’s Philanthropy’s first major event of the fiscal year, “Gone Girl” in October 2014. She was actively involved with the former Young Women’s Division and co-chaired the Event for Women in 2013, as well as previously served on the Young Adult Division Steering Committee. Missy chaired logistics for the Super Sunday Planning Committee for the second time in 2015, and sat on the Federation Annual Meeting Committee in 2014. In 2013-2014, she was a member of the Planning Committee for the Federation Leadership Institute, as well as a participant. Missy is in her second year as a member of the Board of Trustees of Samost Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS). She serves on the Project SARAH, Counseling, Annual Meeting, and Stepping Out Committees and she co-chaired the agency’s first family outreach event, “Go Gaga for JFCS”. When she is not volunteering, Missy is a therapist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology. When asked what she cannot live without, she said, “Apparently volunteering! And my family.” Her family includes her husband of 14 years, Adam; daughters, Leah (10) and Nina (6); and their dog, Sandy, and cat, Izzy.

JULIE SCHWARTZ Temple Emanuel

Julie, 40, has been able to use her love of graphic design to make flyers for synagogue events. When asked why she volunteers, she said, “I feel very strongly that the most important job I will ever have is being a parent. If I want to raise children who are strong, confident, and connected to their Judaism, then I have to lead by example. Somewhere along the way of trying to show my children how to be an involved Jew, I fell in love with being a volunteer. My synagogue became an extension of my family, and I will do anything for my family.” Recently, Julie has begun to realize she loves to write articles for Temple Emanuel’s newsletter. At many of the Temple Emanuel events she attends, she enjoys taking photos to be used for social media and the Temple Emanuel website. She volunteers her time for many programs hosted by the religious school as well, and serves on many different synagogue committees, including the Education, Communications, and B’nai Mitzvah Revolution Committees. Presently, she co-chairs the Up & Comers Committee, and this past year, she was asked to serve on the synagogue’s Board of Trustees. When she is not volunteering, Julie is a database manager and data analyst for the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey. She cannot live without her family—her husband, Joel; son, Micah (6); and daughter, Briana (10).

RUTH COOK Temple Har Zion Ruth, 44, is happy to give back to the community. When asked why she volunteers, she said, “I truly enjoy giving back. I love helping others and seeing people reach their goals. Volunteering gives me a satisfaction that is hard to explain. I don’t want anything back, just the knowledge that someone was able to get what they needed or wanted.” She is the immediate Past President of the Temple Har Zion Sisterhood; current Vice President of the synagogue; half of R&D Catering, which caters the synagogue’s events; runs the Bagel Café, a Sunday morning cafe for the Hebrew School; assists with keeping the website updated; provides information to potential members; and assists with Hebrew school activities. Outside of the synagogue, Ruth is the Immediate Past President of the NJ Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, a board member of CareLink Community Services in Pennsylvania since 2007, and chaperone for the Rancocas Valley Regional High School marching band. When she is not volunteering, Ruth is a Mental Health Practitioner and Educator. She said she couldn’t live without her family – both blood-related and Temple Har Zion-related! Her blood-related family includes her daughter, Amanda; her dogs, Diamond and Queenie; and her cats, Grayson, Lily, and Fluffy.

JAMIE & RICHARD FIGIEL Temple Sinai

Jamie, 47, has served Temple Sinai as a member of the Board of Directors for over seven years. She is always willing to do what’s asked of her, whether it be making name tags for Sisterhood events, emceeing fashion shows, helping set up for Onegs, or working in the kitchen. As a former editor, she has worked on the synagogue bulletin for over three years, as well as other projects. Last year, Jamie, along with two other parents, formed a religious school parent organization so parents of religious school children can get together socially, voice concerns, and grow as a community. This group runs family-centered programs, as well as special services for the religious school and young families in the synagogue. When she is not volunteering, Jamie is an Echocardiography Technician. She said she couldn’t live without her family and friends. Her family includes her husband, Richard; daughters, Rebecca and Riley; son, Robert; and dog, Olivia. Like his wife, Jamie, volunteerism has been a part of Rich’s DNA his whole life. He has served as a volunteer firefighter for over 25 years in Cinnaminson and Delran, and is always offering help to anyone who needs it. He is someone you can count on when you need a hand. Not having been raised Jewish, his devotion to helping his synagogue community is especially appreciated. Rich does anything that is asked of him around the synagogue. In addition to the myriad of projects he does for the religious school, including barbecuing for picnics and setting up stations for the Lag B’Omer and Purim carnivals, Rich does a lot of projects for the Buildings and Grounds Committee. These include dredging and draining the lake behind the synagogue, preventing water overflow into the parking lot, replacing light bulbs in the main sanctuary, working on the boiler and roof when problems arise, and generally being “on-call” when something needs to be addressed with the building. He has also been known to spend time in the kitchen, washing dishes, cooking, and setting up for Onegs at services. When he is not at the synagogue, he is either traveling for his job at Automotive Resources Inc. (ARI), a division of Holman Enterprises, or home running his three children to their many activities. He very often helps coach his children’s sports or plays “videographer” at dance recitals.

BATYA & SHMUEL GLUCK Young Israel of Cherry Hill

Batya, 31, and Shmuel, 33, volunteer because of their sense of belonging in this community. Batya said, “My husband and I both grew up in Brooklyn, and while we are thankful for the education, friends, and family we had growing up in New York, we both felt this real need for a sense of community. We found that in Cherry Hill. Cherry Hill has an incredible community whose passion for honesty and kindness is sincere and heartwarming. Politz is an incredible school with not only great academic programs, but makes our children feel as though they are important – which really boosts their confidence and in turn makes them better people. Young Israel is the same way – while giving us a sense of achdut and unity, it has an incredible warmth that is palpable as soon as you walk into the building and meet the congregants.” Both Batya and Shmuel volunteer a tremendous amount for Young Israel of Cherry Hill and for their children’s school, Politz Day School of Cherry Hill. “Although our children keep us very busy, we try to find time to give back and get our children involved as well,” said Batya. Shmuel said, “We believe that we, as a community, need to take care of one another. Every act of kindness counters the evil in this world – kindness spreads and it is a wonderful feeling to be able to accomplish this.” When they are not volunteering, Batya is a dentist and she cannot live without her family, friends, and good sushi, and Shmuel seconds that adding shul to the mix. Shmuel is an energy consultant. They have four wonderful children ages 5 to newborn: Shalhevet, Peretz, Tehila, and baby Rachel.
