the 2013 Black Country Cultural Festival Launch and Press Conference Newly commissioned art and disability art - theatre, performance, images, sculpture, music, poetry, artists film and video - delivered over 21 days next summer, around the Black Country. National and international disabled and non-disabled artists to deliver projects in mainstream and 'unusual' venues. The Festival will bring together great artists, art and audiences. Hosted by Creative Director Paul Darke and in partnership with the University of Wolverhampton.

In a house deep in the forest, a woman with needles for fingers sews a boy out of old cloth. As he makes a bid for freedom, he stumbles across mad scientists and talking tapeworms.
