IT’S SO NICE TO MEET YOU!
• I’m Jessica, and I simply adore senior portrait photography. I am so honored that you are considering booking a session with me! I’m excited to share a little more about what a session with me is like, so you can decide if a Jessica Lynn Design & Photography senior session is the perfect fit for you. When I’m not behind the camera, you can typically find me spending time with my fiancée, or creating works of art in my craft room. However, I have truly found that photos are the most meaningful artwork we will ever own. I love capturing life’s sweetest moments.

TELLING YOUR STORY

Your senior session will be unlike any other photo session you have experienced. It’s more that just a few yearbook photos, it’s a chance for you to show off your personality, interests, and hobbies. Sessions with me are natural and relaxed. My goal is to completely remove the stress and let your unique personality shine in front of my camera. I want to capture beautiful, natural photos that reflect your happiness and give you memories to look back on for years to come.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Before your session: Once I’ve received your retainer payment, we’ll start planning your session. I will be available to help you decide on location and on what to wear. I’ll also keep an eye on the weather and contact you if I feel your session may need to be re-scheduled.
During your session: The day of your session, we will meet at the agreed time and location. I promise to make you feel comfortable and confident so that you can truly be yourself. No need to worry about posing, I will guide and pose you for our entire session.
After your session: Within 48 hours of your session you will receive a sneak peak of your session on Facebook. Within 1-2 weeks your digital gallery will be sent to you via email and you will be able to download your images and order prints!
SCHEDULING YOUR SESSION

When it comes to getting your session booked, earlier is usually better! My calendar tends to fill a couple of weeks in advance, so as soon as you’re ready to book your session, be sure to get in touch with me to reserve your spot. I typically schedule sessions in the evenings before sunset, for the best and most flattering lighting. Start times vary from season to season.
My weekends fill up the fastest as does the Fall season but you can jump to the front of the line by booking a mid-week session! Need a peak time? No problem! Just let me know as soon as you can so we can get your spot reserved!
CHOOSING YOUR LOCATION

The location of your senior session is up to you! I have several favorite spots that I am always happy to recommend, and always love to showcase the natural beauty of our area. I love shooting in the natural, wide open spaces because the light is gorgeous, especially in the evening. Urban settings are fun too, and add a sophisticated feeling to your session. You really can’t go wrong! If you have a specific location in mind for your session, I can’t wait to hear about it! Or maybe you have access to special location that others do not. I always love when clients are able to secure a unique spot for their session! If you’re not sure where you’d like to have your senior session, no worries. We’ll chat and decide together on the best spot for you.

BOOKING DETAILS

Travel for sessions is up to 30 miles from zip code 54494 is included in your session fee. For sessions taking place outside of that area, my travel fee is $0.55/mile. Feel free to contact me for location options! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to complete the booking process. Please contact me if you have any questions.
YOUR NEXT STEPS
•
Are you ready for your Senior Session? Lucky for you, booking your session with me is as easy as 1-2-3!
Step 1: Reserve your Date When you’re ready to book, give me the green light and together we will find an available date on my calendar that works for you.
Step 2: Complete Your Agreement and Questionnaire You will receive a confirmation email of our agreed upon date, which will also include your portrait agreement and questionnaire. These forms are required for booking.
Step3: Pay Your Deposit A 50% deposit is required to complete the booking process. Once I have received your forms and your deposit has been paid, your session is officially booked!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
• When should I book my session? The summer or fall before your senior year are the optimum time to book your session. This way you have plenty of time to submit your yearbook photo, order prints, and order graduation invitations. What form of payment do you accept? Cash, check made out to Jessica Hansen, and credit cards. If you choose to pay with credit card, you can pay your deposit or make a payment instantly online. Just let me know when your ready, and I’ll send you an invoice to your email. When is payment due? A 50% deposit is required to book your session and the remainder is due on the day of the session. Payment for print orders is due at the time of your order. What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor session? I’ll keep an eye on the weather for your session date and contact you (the day of or the day before your session) if I feel we need to reschedule for another date. What if I need to cancel or reschedule? I understand that things happen and will reschedule for the following reasons— illness, weather, or travel issues, or emergency situations with no additional charge or consequences. If you need to reschedule for any personal reasons, you may do so up to 2 times. In case of cancellation, session deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if 24 hour notice is given. Can I use photos for my yearbook picture? Of course! If you need me to send it to your school, please let me know. You may need to provide appropriate sizing and contact information if I have not submitted a photo to your school before. Do you edit my photos? I take a lot of images at your session, but that doesn’t mean that all of them are perfect. I will go through and pick out the very BEST images from your shoot. I will then go through and color correct them, and touch up any blemishes. I do not give out any RAW or unedited images.
