Overall Site Plan

Designers were tasked with creating a skyscraper for downtown St. Louis in Missouri. The tower would provide the downtown with much needed , high class office space for the area. St. Louis is seeing major development along the Mississippi river near downtown and along the Market Street Corridor. Projects like the Gateway Arch Project and Ballpark Village are two examples of projects intended to vitalize the downtown area.
