Meeting Guidance t.

The Council is an Advisory Committee to the Secretary of Defense and

follows the guidelines put forth by the Federal Advisory Committee Act and Department of Defense lnstruction 5105.04.

Council must have a motion to bring an issue to vote. Only members may participate freely in deliberations. Advisors may provide information or offer views if called upon.
