New Result Codes The new result category is TD1 – This replaces all other previous results categories (S33,S35,S36). WebCT/Gradebook Recording Commencement of Engagement and Managing Class Lists This will replace the bi‐annual paper based class list checks. Additional columns to be added to each WebCT shell for teachers to identify their students and to record initial engagement. Initial engagement is now to be recorded in WebCT Three (3) weeks after commencement of each unit of study. The hard copy Engagement register will still be used for the daily/weekly engagement/attendance of students.

WebCT will be unavailable from January the 6th to January the 10th due to special maintenance requirements! We hope this doesn’t cause too much disruption for teachers planning for 2009 classes. Have a merry Christmas and a restful break everyone! 3
