Understanding Place

Again for this project, two collages were created to make more iterations and provide more of an understanding for Callowhill Philadelphia. These also had to be in plan and elevation. It was limited to more of photos we took ourselves and these collages were done after physically visiting the site this time.

This collage is in the shape of a modern skyscraper yet made up of some of the old and new things in the neighborhood.

This collage shows the “old” callowhill as what is seen on the top, while the “new” callowhill is seen on the bottom.
