My favourite Summer treat has to be funnel cake with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce on top. It's the perfect way to end a long day at the amusement park!
I have to say stopping and smelling the roses, literally... Smells are so evocative and bring up lots of memories. The scent of Phlox sends me right back to the garden of my childhood and elderflower blossom reminds me of heady midsummer days... pure bliss.
My favorite summer treat is scooping out the heart of an ice cold watermelon with a spoon and eating it right from the melon. No bowl required!
I look forward to the long lazy days of summer so I can relax on my vintage turquoise glider while sipping a margarita on the rocks with plenty of coarse sea salt on the rim. An ice cream cone covered in chocolate jimmies is a close second!
