The estimated expenses were based on per unit costs identified for similar amenities and park typologies nationwide at the appropriate level of care desired at Broad Ripple Park. Operational Revenue estimates are based on a very aggressive rate of consumption of Broad Ripple Park’s program plan (60% occupancy of programmable space) that will require detailed scheduling to allow for successive usage on a regular basis for the park, game fields, special event lawn, proposed aquatic center and community center areas.
