Operational Revenue estimates are based on a very aggressive rate of consumption of Broad Ripple Park’s program plan (60% occupancy of programmable space) that will require detailed scheduling to allow for successive usage on a regular basis for the park, game fields, special event lawn, proposed aquatic center and community center areas.
