Whether your kids are registered for summer school or you’re just looking for a half day program; half day camp is a flexible option! Half day camps allow for kids to enjoy a traditional camp experience regardless of your other activities. Children enrolled in summer school at School District 74 will be transitioned to the half day camp.

Due to the timing of the camps and length of the programs, half day camp participants will not swim or go on field trips. Campers will stay busy with a variety of sports, STEM activities, and games.

Half day afternoon camp will have a lunch break from 12:00 - 12:30pm. Campers should bring a lunch with them each day. If your child is only coming for an afternoon camp and does not wish to have lunch at camp, they do not need to arrive until 12:30pm.
