March Miracle Mustaches Stats: Our Miracle Mustaches campaign has been quite a success. In 3 years, we have raised over $50,000 for leading pediatric brain cancer research and delivered 170 care packages to hospital patients. All thanks to the support of 40 fundraisers and countless donors. How it started: My Dad, and Jeff’s Dad, both had great mustaches. Unfortunately, they also both fought brain cancer, so we decided to grow mustaches in their honor, all while supporting kids hurt by the same illness.
Why pediatric brain cancer? It is the rarest and deadliest pediatric cancer. Thus, the most underfunded with few advancements in treatment. What research? JDJ Children’s Brain Tumor Network Executive Council JDJ Optic Pathway Glioma Research Fund How it works: Grow a mustache for the entire month of March.
