One of the characteristics that brings us all together is our competitiveness. What makes us unique
is how we encourage each other, and express happiness for the success of our co-workers. Healthy competition pushes us to a whole new realm; enabling us to achieve far beyond that of which we initially conceived. There’s no accident we’re where we are, for such a time as this, our endurance and support towards teammates has earned us the reputation of being the best at what we do.

Inside Sales Manager Morgan Fetter As an previous lifelong Coloradan and new Nevadan, Morgan Fetter’s passions are about providing significant growth and impact within the community with the best possible environmental contribution. When he isn’t busy trying to save the Earth, Morgan spends his free time taste-testing craft beer, adventuring around the state with his wife (areas around Superchargers are always a plus!), and nerding out with the latest games, news, and tech. As a previous Denver Tesla Club Brand Manager and a current Tesla Inside Sales Manager, Morgan is on a personal quest to turn every new face into a friend, and every friend into a Tesla advocate!
Fun Facts About Morgan What was your favorite subject in school? A: Sociology
What’s one of the scariest things you’ve ever done? A: While climbing Pikes Peak in Colorado, I had to traverse a sheer cliff that had a 5-foot-wide walking path. I’m afraid of heights, which is probably why I am naturally short!
If you were guaranteed to be successful in a different profession, what would you want to do? A: I’d want to be President of the United States of America! Though I wouldn’t turn it down if Elon offered me the CEO position as a secondary!
What would you do if you were invisible for a day? A: I would hike the Haiku Stairs (AKA Stairway to Heaven) in Oahu.
Do you have a secret talent or skill that you don't get to use very much? A: I can ski backwards on one foot. Just don’t ask me to snowboard!

Hi Mr. Johnson, I just wanted to take a minute of your time to let you know what a tremendous help Robert Libby has been to us on our purchase of a Model 3 Performance (RN109171772). This is our 2nd Tesla Purchase (first was a Model S) and I know that we jumped in the fray while Tesla has been massively ramping up Model 3 production and delivery, and is having a lot of problems adjusting to these new levels. We understand that, but still, from a consumer's viewpoint, our experience on this purchase, up to today, has beenâ&#x20AC;Ś frustrating. Nearly impossible to reach anyone, including our Owner Advisor, who never responds to phone calls, messages or emails. Fortunately for us, today Robert Libby called to advise us of the 3rd delivery delay and he was extremely helpful, candid, proactive and responsive. He called us multiple times, responded immediately to emails, went out of his way to chase down information with other departments and helped us wrap up issues with our trade-in and financing, in addition to rescheduling the delivery. Robert accomplished far more for us in two hours than the entire rest of the Tesla organization had in 6 weeks. He made us feel like we were the only customer Tesla had today. I don't know how he managed to pull that off, but he did and we are so very glad he took the time to take care of us. Robert also spent some time answering questions I had about Tesla's Solar Power solutions and we will be talking to him in a month or two about getting an estimate and setting that up as well. I know you guys are extremely busy, but Robert is nothing short of amazing and has singlehandedly solved every single issue we had and somehow managed to do it nearly immediately. He has turned this whole experience for us around 180 degrees. Thanks for taking the time to read this. If Tesla has an Employee of the Year Award, Robert should own that. Thank you for hiring him
