The site, located on the UDM campus between the Library and Architecture buildings, is underutilized and often ignored by students and faculty. This location, adjacent to the quiet peaceful library, inspired me to design a meditation and prayer space for students and faculty to use.

For this project, I chose the song "Giant Steps" by John Coltrane and created an abstract interpretation that relates to the song. The project involved creating 2D studies and compositions, followed by a 3D study and a final model. Through the use of various design elements and techniques, I aimed to capture the essence of the music and convey its emotional and conceptual aspects in a visually compelling way.

For this project, I designed a music studio for John Coltrane that is located in Eastern Market. The studio was specifically designed for recording jazz music and includes an outdoor performance area. The design of the studio incorporated elements that are both structural and aesthetically pleasing on the site.
