        Message from Editor
          
    February is the month of transformation for all the JCI Members with trainings like Presidential Academy and LO Officer Training Seminar.
          We are proud to say that our JCI India Zone IV hosted Presidential Academy in Visakhapatnam.
          This third edition of Niranthar, JCI Vizag's Monthly Bulletin gives you a brief view of the different activities done by JCI Vizag, and various announcements made by JCI India and by Zone IV in the month of February 2023. The article "Know the SDG's" lists out the Targets and Indicators of each SDG. This month covers SDG 3 and SDG 4.

    A Physiotherapy Camp was organized by JCI Vizag at Priyadarshini Old Age Home, Akkayapalem, Visakhapatnam.
          
    
    JC Dr. Charishma, the project Chairperson and Dr. Farheen, Dr Amir, Dr. Basheer conducted this camp. JC Prabhakar, JC Dr. Charishma, JC Sitarama Raju, JC Vaghira, JC Srikavya supported the doctors during the checkup.
          
    
    
    
    
    General health Checkup, Diabetes Check up, RBC Count, Blood Pressure, Physiotherapy checkup and treatments, Medicines Donation as per prescription were offered to 28 people. The expenses for this project were sponsored by : WEB INDIA & Swasth Natural Wellness.

            Second LO Governing Board Meeting
          
    
    
    Management- 24th February 2023
          
    2nd LO Governing Board Meeting was held in a Physical Mode at Web India, Siripuram, on 24th February from 7:00 PM. Nine LGB members attended the meeting. President JC Prabhakar Botta welcomed all the members and announced various news from JCI India. Directors presented their reports and Vice Presidents gave their Plan of Actions.             Know the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
          
    
    
    The SDG, Sustainable Development Goals which are also called as Global Goals are the objectives adopted by 193 Member States at the UN General Assembly Summit in 2015 and came into effect from 2016.
          The 2030 Global Agenda is "Leave No One Behind" which includes 17 Goals and 169 targets that are interlinked and set a vision for Sustainable development, and it is a call for all the nations and people to protect the planet and protect the people by ending the poverty and inequality, ensuring good health and prosperity.
