Directions Pulse 3 times in a food processor then store in a shaker. Oink rub is all you need for ribs, pork chops or pork shoulder. If preparing ribs, apply 24 hours ahead of time then store in the fridge in a large plastic bag. The next day re-apply oink rub before slow cooking ribs at 250 degrees for 3 hours.
