AREA INFORMATION BARCELONA Is the capital of Catalonia. About five million people live in the Barcelona metropolitan area. It is also Europe's largest metropolis on the Mediterranean coast. MIC 2017 Tournament stage The MIC is the prestigious World Cup Tournemanet for young talent that includes the participation of teams from around the world in 5 different categories and is held in different towns of Girona.
MEDITERRANEAN INTERNATIONAL CUP 2015 The event main purpose is that any young football player can compete against the most famous clubs of the World. Since the beginning the tournament has been supported by famous football personalities like Pep Guardiola, Luis Felipe Scolari, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho. Some participants of the MIC have already made their debut with first division clubs like Leo Messi, (FC Barcelona), Cesc FĂ bregas (Arsenal FC), Anderson (Manchester United), Lucas (Livepool FC), and Marcelo (Real Madrid CF).
MIC 2017 Tournament stage COMPETITION SYSTEM Each class will be composed of teams from all over the world and will be divided into groups. The best classified teams of the groups will go to the final round, whereas the other ones will play the consolation round. Each team will play at least three matches in the classification stage and a fourth match in the consolation stage or final round (depending on the classification). Each team will play a minimum of 4 matches. All matches will be 11-a-side, except from E Class which will be 7-aside, and they will be played outdoors in Natural or Artificial grass in perfect conditions.

TOUR INFORMATION It is the capital of the province of the same name. It is located 99 km northeast of Barcelona and is one of the major Catalan cities with a population of 96.772. The historic city of Girona invites visitors to trace its more than 2000 years of history through two fortified enclosures, the Forรงa Vella and the Medieval Quarter.
The city's artistic heritage has been preserved in the numerous monuments that have survived until today. The highlights of Girona are rounded off by the impressive old Jewish Quarter or Call, with its beautiful streets and porticoed squares, and by the exuberant baroque spaces and Noucentisme-style buildings by architect Rafael Masรณ.

All hotel are centrally located since the two is a total of 8 sq miles. Once the hotel is confirmed with the MIC we will advise. Castell-Platja d'Aro is a municipality in the middle of the Costa Brava in Catalonia, Spain. It is formed from two parts: Castell d'Aro is an ancient village built around a medieval castle and a fortified church, 3 km inland on the road from Platja d'Aro to Santa Cristina d'Aro; and Platja d'Aro is a coastal town on the road from Palamós to Sant Feliu de Guíxols which stretches along a large 2 km beach. Originally a small fishing village, Platja d'Aro is now a major coastal resort, popular predominantly with Catalans and villa-owning Northern Europeans.
