THANK YOU! On behalf of all of us at Arts Umbrella, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your sponsorship of Splash. Please accept our heartfelt appreciation for your commitment to ensuring that more children and youth have access to high-quality arts education. Arts Umbrella’s 37th Annual Splash Art Auction & Gala, held at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, was a landmark evening raising a record breaking $1.075 million in total revenue! Over the past 37 years, Splash has raised more than $7.5 million to benefit Arts Umbrella’s mission of inspiring young people to live creative, authentic, and courageous lives. Through arts education, children gain self-confidence, independent thinking, technical skills, discipline, and even improved academic results and specific career direction. This year we will serve over 24,000 students with more than 80% participating at no cost through bursaries, scholarships, performances and donor-funded community programs for vulnerable children and youth. Funds raised at Splash will help us deliver more free-of-charge community programs across Metro Vancouver, support bursaries for struggling families, and grant scholarships for students who display excellence in their art. Please know that your support is making a direct and tangible impact on the lives of youth in our community. IMPACT OF SUPPORT Over the past 37 years, Splash has raised more than $7.5 million to benefit Arts Umbrella’s mission of inspiring young people to build creative confidence through the arts.
