Briquette serves up unique seafood creations from the Louisiana Gulf and around the world. Seafood specialties include Louisiana redfish on the half shell, snapper Pontchartrain with lump crabmeat, and whole branzino. For meat lovers, there is a delicious selection of prime steaks, including the prime 14oz ribeye, pork porterhouse, lamb, veal, and an array of pastas.
Anna is excited to welcome you during August and September for this special menu, curated by Executive Chef Peter Isaac and Chef de Cuisine John Trinh.
