His career spans years of hands-on experience in investment, land acquisition, and project design, guided by a deep understanding of market trends and a commitment to long-term value.
Born and raised in Chicago, Jayson’s journey began with a love of sports, influenced by the iconic Bulls teams of the 1990s. That same competitive spirit carried into his professional life. After earning his BBA from Roosevelt University and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, Jayson entered the real estate world with a passion for strategic development and value creation. He launched several successful real estate LLCs in Chicago focused on rentals and investment properties, which laid the foundation for his expertise in analytics, acquisition, and design.
Jayson’s career gained momentum when he joined KB Home as part of their Land Acquisition team. There, he helped identify and underwrite residential development opportunities in fastmoving markets. His experience coordinating with city planners, navigating zoning regulations, and managing timelines gave him a comprehensive view of what it takes to bring complex projects to life.
Today, Jayson applies those lessons to his own projects, prioritizing not only profitability but also community impact. In Las Vegas—a city known for reinvention—he’s helping lead the charge in rethinking urban development. His projects often incorporate mixed-use spaces, walkable layouts, and wellness features like gyms, green spaces, and enhanced air quality.
