Jayson Robert Pocius is a real estate innovator, land acquisition expert, and founder of DONTBECHI Designs. Born in Chicago, he blended his love for sports and business into a career that spans real estate investing, analytics, and design. After earning his MBA from Loyola University Chicago, Jayson held a key role at KB Home, managing residential land acquisitions. He later launched several LLCs focused on rental property investments in Chicago. Now based in Las Vegas, he brings architectural vision to life through his design firm. Jayson also has a deep-rooted passion for basketball, having coached at Roosevelt University, and enjoys beach volleyball in his free time. His work reflects creativity, strategy, and a dedication to enhancing property value through thoughtful design.
