Jason Grosfeld, the Chairman and CEO of Irongate, the developer of Costa Palmas, is deeply passionate about design, sales, and financial planning. Before venturing into entrepreneurship and founding his own enterprises, he accumulated valuable experience through positions in various public and private companies, with a focus on specialty finance, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and construction. Drawing upon his extensive expertise in finance and investment, Jason Grosfeld has successfully founded numerous enterprises in both the real estate and technology sectors. Mr. Grosfeld's educational background includes attending Amherst College and earning an MBA from Columbia Business School.
