Approval Process: As soon as we have drafts ready for consideration, we will contact you and request your input. Please review materials carefully to assure we’ve understood your mission correctly and are relaying the message you’ve intended for your audience. Pay close attention to details and let us know what we can to do improve upon the communication. Whether the media is print, web, video or a social media avenue, our goal is to communicate your message clearly and through a the lens that is Life University. You are the expert in your specialty however and have innate knowledge of what needs to be conveyed. Together, we can make a meaningful project come to life. Work back and forth through drafts until every aspect of the project is in order and can be approved for use.

Otherwise, use the LIFE Marketing department as a resource to provide imagery that will insure your message looks great. Jot down any specific copy or verbiage you’d like to include. Once all the information has been gathered, your project will begin to crystallize in your mind: now it’s time to contact Marketing.

Include all the details that you can including project scope, information that you have gathered and projected launch date. Follow up by emailing additional documents and resources, if necessary, to Shelly Batcher at sbatcher@LIFE.edu.

Campaign Launch: Once drafts have been approved, we’re ready to advance your project to the next level! Depending on the scope and medium, timelines will vary regarding when the final product will be ready for use. Your Marketing team will keep you advised as to progress and let you know what to expect. We will contact you when the process is complete so you can shout your message to the world.
