BRUT ROSÉ

GIN / CLUB SODA / SIMPLE SYRUP / BLUEBERRIES / CUCUMBER / LIME
Pour 2 ounces cranberry juice, 1 ounce elderflower liqueur and 1 ounce citron vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce of lemon juice to the shaker. Shake & pour into a martini glass.
Combine two tablespoons bourbon whiskey, juice of two fresh lemons and ice. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda. Add simple syrup, a splash of sweetened lime juice and garnish with a lemon slice.
Pour 2 ounces elderflower liqueur and top with Brut Rosé. Serve in a chilled champagne flute and stir lightly. Garnish with raspberries and a twist of lemon.
In a tall glass combine 1 1/2 ounces gin, 3/4 ounce simple syrup to taste, ice and club soda. Add the juice of half a lime and stir. Garnish with fresh cucumber slices, mint leaves and blueberries.

Combine 2 ounces Pisco, 3/4 ounce lime juice, 3/4 ounce simple syrup and 1/2 egg white in a shaker with large ice cubes. Shake hard to create froth. Strain well making sure to shake out all the froth. Top with bitters.
