Ideal Option to Store Food Sous vide is the way to cook food in plastic bags for longer period then the normal time used to cook food. It is the best way found to cook food and is also said to be the best way to cook vegetables and also non vegetarian food without any loss of their nutritional value. Sous vide method of cooking avoids overcooking or under heating of the food, the food is cooked under normal temperature in water in the juicer which is called the machine of sous vide which is also called machine sous vide. The plastic bags are put in water at normal temperatures in this method. Meat is very well cooked in these machines sous vide, you can set the temperature accordingly and cook meats without the burning of its proteins. The main advantage of this method is that it can store the cooked food in water baths for longer time without any change in the taste of the food and this food can be refrigerated for months too. By emballage we actually mean packaging of food. Packaging is a procedure in which the things are prevented from oxygen and is packed in plastic bags or vaccum bags. It is the pure phenomena of keeping the food hygienic and fresh till the time it is opened from the bag. Emballage sous vide is a machine where the food is cooked by putting the plastic bags or the vaccum bags in the water. This sealed procedure is free from any type of infection, micro organisms or impure water bacteria. Vaccum bags or plastic bags are used to pack foods including junk foods etc. for example chips, salad green etc. The most important technique used in packaging method is the quality control method or we can also say it as quality assurance technique. Due to their excess use plastic bags are now available in different shapes styles, sizes etc. There are most popularly found bags such as plastic cooking bags which are kept in the water baths and then food is cooked in them by setting the temperatures to normal level. These bags are great protection for the food against oxygen. Packaging of food or also called emballege and sousvide or cooking food is not the same thing. Emballege sous vide is called the cooking of packed food. It is also an important point to remember that these type of food is a conservative material and always needs cold storage methods for its preservation so it is also said to be frozen food.
