A large bronze figure of a miner, standing bare chested on a naturalistic base holding his pickaxe and with a lamp, inscribed ‘Mineur par Levy Salon des Beaux Arts’, signed ‘CH LEVY’ and with a pastille inscribed ‘BRONZE GARANTI AU TITRE L.V.
