marvin is still a classic... but it in the last several years, weekend nights have been ruined by the geographical maturation and migration of georgetown, adams morgan, k street, etc, crowds... sigh. mondays it is! 5

Smith Commons used to be the best restaurant on H St, but now it's primarily known for being a bar, so the food service sucks- despite the food still be being pretty darn good. I just don't like being served a pretty expensive meal by a chick in short shorts and chuck taylors. 1
