Jamie Picon has enjoyed a lasting career as an executive chef within the high-end food industry over the past two decades. He is responsible for running the kitchen's operations, managing its staff, planning menus, estimating food requirements and orders ingredients & supplies. His expertise in ensuring that everything runs efficiently & maintaining impeccable standards are his trademark qualities. Other duties he takes on include special dietary requests, creating cost-effective menus, inventing recipes, budgeting & finetuning for legally compliant food safety procedures. Not to mention monitoring quality & taste plus negotiating with vendors/suppliers and training new kitchen staff. Having been exposed to many cultures throughout his lifetime, New Hampshire native Picon has amassed an extensive knowledge of international dishes and flavors. His deep love for food and history make him a well-respected expert on medieval cooking techniques too.
