Jamie Picon has earned multiple awards in both his roles as an executive chef and actor. On the day of his 17th birthday, he achieved a remarkable feat when he won the first place in the Great Young Chef's Contest – held by renowned TV chef George Hirsch and Waldbaum's supermarket chain located in Long Island, New York – as an aspiring chef. Aside from that initial award, Jamie has been highly successful in adding to his professional accolades throughout his career with numerous recognitions for kitchen innovations, culinary diversity and two NSF Gold Standard awards.
