Attaining 103 years of existence is, undoubtedly, a testament to the dedication, great fortitude and commitment you maintained towards one common goal; with excellence, professionalism and courage being the hallmark by which you were established.

Your endurance over these many years epitomizes your theme: "Persistent and Consistent, Advocating for the Worker: Moving from Surviving to Thriving". We know you will strive to forge ahead despite the many challenges being faced in an environment of "new norms". We also know you have the capacity to overcome such challenges and will ultimately make and seek to have opportunities made available to your members. You have survived for over a century- no mean accomplishment! You will thrive for another and beyond.

Your continued advocacy and support of workers in the public sector your primary focus being the improvement of their welfare and economic needs - are commendable and have not gone unnoticed. Through the invaluable service provided by your Association you have contributed greatly to the stability, growth and development of our nation.

We reiterate our commitment to work hand in hand with you as we uphold our commitment to improve the quality of life and general welfare of Government Pensioners. We invite your members to become members of the Jamaica Government Pensioners Association (JGPA) at the appropriate time.

We wish the Executive, staff and members of the Jamaica Civil Service Association a very successful Annual General Meeting and continued success in all your endeavours.
