Nicole Uysiuseng and Josef Elizalde Another romance bloomed in Teen Edition Plus as evicted housemate Josef Elizalde and third Placer Nicole Uysiuseng fell for each other. In an interview at The Buzz after he was evicted in 2008, Josef said that he did not mean to fall for Nicole, causing for his then girlfriend to break up with him. “’Di po namin sinasadya yung nangyari po sa loob ng bahay kasi ano po siya, close environment po so mahirap po talaga siyang maiwasan,” he said. When asked if he loved Nicole, he answered, “Minahal po? Siguro wala pa po doon,” but admitted that he fell for her.
Myrtle Sarrosa and Yves Flores During the fourth teen edition of PBB in 2012, former housemate Yves Flores fell for season’s Big Winner Myrtle Sarrosa. However, he was evicted early. According to a PUSH report in 2012, Myrtle cleared that she and Yves are only friends even though the latter was seen hugging her after the Big Night. “Friends po kami… Wala po (ibig sabihin yung yakap). Lahat sila (housemates) na-miss ko. We were so used nalimited people kami sa loob ng bahay tapos nung latter part lima na lang kaming natira sa bahay ng Big 4. So mami-miss mo naman mga tao. Normal thing lang yung hug kasi brothers and sisters turingan namin,” the report quoted Myrtle.
Ejay Falcon and Valerie Weigmann 2008 PBB Teen Edition Plus’ Big Winner Ejay Falcon courted evicted housemate Valerie Weigmann when they were still inside Big Brother’s house. However, months after Teen Edition Plus, Valerie said in a report published by PUSH that she and Ejay have chosen to remain friends. “Okay naman kami. We’re still close friends pero he’s not courting me na. We both thought it’s better to be friends na lang muna kasi you cannot say if a relationship will work at this time. For me kasi it takes time to fall in love. Love can wait naman, we’re still young,” the report quoted Valerie.

Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson Kapamilya celebrities Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson rose to stardom during the first teen edition in 2006 where they emerged Big Winner and third Placer respectively. During their stay inside Big Brother’s house, Cebu’s Chinese cutie Kim and Gen San’s Amboy hottie Gerald were usually seen giggling together while telling each other funny stories. Surely, their kulitan moments together have made viewers love them more that after PBB, they were immediately paired as a love team. According to reports, the two dated from 2006 to 2010. Among the projects they did include Sana Maulit Muli, Tayong Dalawa, I’ve Fallen For You, Paano Na Kaya? and Till My Heartache Ends.
Fred Payawan and Nina Jose Still during the first teen edition of PBB, former housemates Fred Payawan and Nina Jose also developed feelings for each other. However, Nina got evicted early that hindered their growing romance. When Fred became a guest at Gandang Gabi Vice in 2013, he said that he and Nina did not become a couple and that they are just good friends. Nonetheless, he admitted that he had a crush on Nina then and that they had a mutual understanding while they were in PBB.
James Reid and Devon Seron PBB Teen Clash of 2010 Big Winner James Reid and fourth Placer Devon Seron also developed romantic feelings for each other during their stay inside PBB house. However, in a PUSH report last year, Devon denied that that she and James became a couple. But did James court her? Devon answered as quoted in the report, “Hindi ko po alam kung nanligaw siya sa akin. Siguro umamin naman kami na we liked each other before, noon pa, noong bago pa lang yung PBB and ngayon masyado kaming focused sa work na and may kanya-kanya na kaming ginagawa.” Nonetheless, she said that she is JAPAN FREE success.
