Designed with Christian Ricci Architecture and Studio Todd Raymond 2020-2022

During this project, I had the privilege of collaborating with Christian Ricci Architect and Studio Todd Raymond, an esteemed interior design firm. Together, we seamlessly translated our client’s vision into a remarkable reality.

My involvement spanned various key tasks and responsibilities. From the initial stages, I actively participated in surveying the site, drawing up the existing plan and proposed plans, contributed to the schematic design phase, and all the construction documents. Working closely with the client and the talented team at Studio Todd Raymond.

Throughout the project construction, I meticulously recorded and documented all site meetings, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records were maintained. Additionally, I took charge of sourcing materials and items, carefully curating a selection that aligned with the project’s design vision and met our client’s expectations. This involved extensive research, supplier coordination, and procurement to ensure the highest quality and aesthetic appeal.

As the project neared completion, I aided the move-in process, working alongside a dedicated crew to ensure a seamless transition for our client. This included overseeing final punchlist details and ensuring everything was in place for a smooth and successful team move-in.
