01 Farmer’s Estate Year: 2020 Semester: Y2S1 Typology: Mixed-use agri-urbanism housing estate Graded as top work in cohort for the semester Farmers Estate is a mixed-used housing estate where farming and living co-exist in every space. The design typology has micro-climatic conditions suitable for farming in the city while allowing urban farmer residents to dwell together. All the farming spaces in this project are community spaces, where the residents can interact and engage in farming activities together. At the same time, the residents are all shared owners of 3 business models: farm to market, farm to plate and farm to retail. In essence, this project represents the possibility
