EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1158
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: WHEREAS, Thomas Cole Kendall, Mississippi Department of Correctipns No. M3583A, was sentenced in Rankin County Cause Number 11,689, on January ~O, 2000 for the crime Gratification of Lust; and WHEREAS, Thomas Cole Kendall received a "partial revocation" on Mlrrch 28, 2000 and was ordered to complete the Regimented Inmate Discipline Prograrr. (RID) with Mississippi Department of Corrections, and his probation was extended for ifour (4) years; and WHEREAS, on or about July 21, 2000, Kendall was brought back before the Rankin County Circuit Court for resentencing of his revocation. Thomas Cole (Kendall was partially revoked and ordered to serve six (6) months with credit for time seI[ved and to serve the remainder of this time at the Rankin County Jail until August 8, 2000; and WHEREAS, on or about August 8, 2000, Kendall was released from th~ Rankin County Jail to supervised probation with MDOC's Rankin County Probation an~ Parole . of5ce;and WHEREAS, NOW, THEREFORE, I, Haley Barbour, Governor oftheiState of Mississippi, under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Laws of this State, do hereby grant to Thomas Cole Kendall a full, compl~te, and unconditional pardon for these crimes and convictions named herein; and he~ceforth, shall be absolved from all legal consequences of these crimes and convictions.
