news of alumni 2010-2011 Matt Owens is in law school at Santa Clara University. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Kristen Privett is in Charlotte, NC, where she is an RN at the Levine Children’s Hospital on the pediatric observation unit. Lindsey Phyfer and Patrick Roberson married on July 11, 2009. Lindsey graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelors in elementary education. She is currently employed with the Madison County school district as a first grade teacher at Ann Smith Elementary. Patrick also graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelors in marketing and management. He is currently employed with Depuy Orthopedics as a sales representative. Aggie Sikora is the International Sales Coordinator for Trilogy Communications in Jackson. She received minors in political science, French, and Art and a B.A. in philosophy from Millsaps in 2007. In 2009 she received her M.B.A. in international business/marketing and advertising from Millsaps. Will Smith and Laura Skelton ‘03 married on May 28, 2011. Will is a 2008 graduate of the University of Miississippi where he earned a bachelors in accountancy and a masters in taxation in 2010. He is with Tann, Brown, and Russ Co., PLLC. Laura is completing her second year as a medical student at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. Adam Thrash married Carmen Hayden on July 9, 2011. Adam graduated from Ole Miss with a B.A. in business administration and real estate in 2007. He is attending the Charleston School of Law in Charleston. Dr. Adam Wright graduated from the University of Tennessee and is in a dermatology residency. Mary York married Cameron Woodward on August 27, 2011. Mary graduated

from the University of Mississippi with a bachelors in family and consumer science. She was also a varsity cheerleader. Mary is a sales manager at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta. Cameron is a partner with the law firm of Cossio, Lebowski and Woodward. Rho Zhu is studying medicine at Stanford University and lives in Palo Alto, CA.
class of 2004 Daniel Benefield is a 2008 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelors in human resource management. He received his masters from Ole Miss in 2010. He is associated with Caterpillar Finance in Nashville. He married Lindsey Renee White on August 27, 2011. Jay Fowler married Fran Hudson. Jay is a graduate of MSU with a bachelors in business administration and a M.B.A. from MC. He is a credit analyst with Community Bank in Brandon. Fran is a nurse at Baptist Hospital. Aaron Graham is a law clerk to a federal appellate judge. He lives in Jackson. Ben James married Abby Andrews on February 5, 2011. They live in Memphis.

Stephen Marsh married Taylor Ballard on May 21, 2011. They live in Conroe, Texas, where Taylor is an optometrist and Stephen is attending Texas A&M. Nick and Libby Newton Nabors live in Knoxville, TN. Libby is a family therapist at Cornerstone Recovery, and Nick is an account executive with Stryker Medical. Will Ridgway works with an accounting firm in Dallas. Diana Smith received a B.A. in English from the University of Southern Mississippi and the M.F.A. in creative writing from the University of Florida. She teaches writing and literature at Southwest Texas Junior College in Del Rio, TX. Her poems have been published in 32 Poems, The Jackson Hole Review, Anderbo, Elimae, and SALit, among others. Mason and Joseane Stacy live in Ridgeland where Mason is with Capitol Hardware and Joseane is in physical therapy.
Katherine Jones works for the Computer Sciences Corporation in Washington D.C. She also volunteers as the assistant golf coach at Georgetown University. Courtney Kowalski is the staff assistant to Congressman Geoff Davis of the Fourth District, Kentucky. She lives in Washington, D.C. Courtney was recently promoted to Davis’ personal scheduler. Peter Kruger is a concierge banker at Avenue Bank in Nashville. Ashley Anderson Lancaster, Kurt, and their daughter, Evy Kate, adopted a son Liam, from South Korea in the fall of 2011. Jordan Sudduth’s new business, Lunar Entertainment Group, LLC, is helping to facilitate the emergence of a Mississippi film industry. He worked on two campaigns in the summer and fall. He is pictured above with actresses from The Help, which was filmed in Mississippi.
