Jessica Thompson is an assistant band director at Wayne County High School and the head band director at Clara Middle School.
Genny Frascogna married Logan Phillips ‘98 on February 16, 2013. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi in family and consumer science.
Lauren Wakefield has a bachelor’s in theater and French from Ole Miss. She currently teaches at the Germantown High School in Madison. Lauren married Jason Ray on December 8, 2012.
Beau Grantier is in medical school at UMMC.
Brittany Smith married Ben Walker`98 on December 10, 2011. She has a bachelor’s summa cum laude from MSU in accounting and a master’s in professional accountancy. Brittany is a CPA with DeLoitte and Touche, LLP in Nashville. Ben has a B.S. in wildlife and fisheries, and an M.B.A. He is a senior mortgage banker with First Liberty Financial Mortgage in Nashville.
Kimberly Griffin has a bachelor’s in kinesiology from MSU and a doctor of physical therapy from UMMC. She is a physical therapist at a nursing home in Indian Shores, FL. Leisel Gresham and Nicholas Jew`04 married on October 23, 2010. They live in Memphis where Nicholas is an orthopaedic surgery resident at the University of Tennessee. Jason and Dendy Hogan McDavid welcomed a daughter, Manning, on October 27, 2012. They live in Jackson where Jason is an accountant. Reid Neely is a commercial underwriter with State Auto Insurance in Nashville. Zach Simon and his wife Chelsea live in San Diego, where Zach is petty officer 2nd class at the Navy Seal base in Coronado (Basic Underwater Demolition Training). Laura Haines received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Mississippi graduating cum laude. She received her master’s degree in clinical psychology from MSU where she is pursuing a doctorate in clinical mental health counseling. She is associated with Golden Triangle Recovery Center in Starkville. Laura married Joseph Stiles on

May 12, 2012. Stiles received his associate degree as a collision repair technician and he is with Allen Edwards Body Shop in Starkville.
Jayne Kathryn Denson received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mississippi State University graduating cum laude. She received her master’s degree in experimental psychology from MSU in May. She is currently a psychometrist in the neurology department at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
class of 2006 Alex Barraza is in nursing school at UAB and is engaged to Perry Taylor, who is in law school in Birmingham. Chelsea Moore is with Liquid Creative as an account executive. She holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Ole Miss. She married Parker Berry on August 4, 2012. Wesley Caldwell won Director of the Year at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah. He graduated from MC in English/Writing/Studio Art, and has a master’s degree in Film and TV Production. For his master’s requirement, the actor in his film received Actor of the Year. Erin Collins married Clay Escude`07 on December 22, 2012. Erin received a degree in fine arts with an emphasis in graphic design and a minor in English from the University of Mississippi. She lives in New Orleans where she is a freelance graphic designer. Clay also graduated from
the University of Mississippi in acccounting. He is a second year law student at Tulane University.
Patty Commarato married Christopher Steven Taylor on July 7, 2012, in Starkville. Patty earned a master’s degree of taxation from MSU and lives in Memphis where she is a tax associate for Ernst and Young, LLP. Christopher also has a master’s in professional accountancy from MSU, and is an audit associate with KPMG, LLP in Memphis. Will Geary married Jody Clark on August 18, 2012. Will is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he received a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Accounting. He is a CPA for KPMG in Memphis. Caleb Graham is a medical student at UMMC. He ranked first in his class in his first year of medical school. Collins Johnson has a bachelor’s in public relations from the University of Georgia. She finished an internship with the Atlanta Braves, and worked for Chicago Sky, a WNBA team in Chicago. Currently she is with the corporate headquarters of Groupon in Chicago. Chloe Lloyd graduated from Ole Miss with a B.S. in dietetics/nutrition and Spanish in May 2010. She attended nursing school at UMMC and currently is a nurse at Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children. Jenny Naylor has a bachelor’s in psychology and French from Ole Miss and a master’s in biomedical sciences from UMMC. She is currently at UMMC studying neuroscience in the Ph.D. program. Jenny has also been selected as the student representative for the Mississippi Chapter of Neuroscience. Rob Puckett has a bachelor’s from MSU in finance. He works in his family’s business, Puckett Machinery. He married Katherine Ross in June 2012. Katherine is a fifth grade teacher at JA.
