them against COVID-19. Some propane professionals over the age of 65 already qualify. The CDC has provided a toolkit to help employers educate their essential workers about this important new prevention tool.

This toolkit will help your organization educate employees about COVID-19 vaccines, raise awareness about the benefits of vaccination, address common questions and concerns, and bust vaccine myths.

The toolkit contains a variety of resources that you can use virtually or inperson:

Introductory letter word – You can send this letter to encourage your branches or other offices to review and use the toolkit materials.

Key messages: Use these key messages about the COVID-19 vaccine to educate your employees, giving them facts.

Frequently Asked Questions: Use these to help answer questions about the COVID-19 vaccine in your workplace. It includes two sets of FAQs. FAQs for employers will answer questions like what are the benefits to having employees vaccinated? Can I require my employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine? and similar questions.

There is a separate document targeted with FAQs for employees that you can download as well.

PowerPoint Slide Deck: These basic slides about COVID-19 vaccines are for safety meetings within your company. You can use all or part of the set or also include your own organization’s information.

Facts about COVID–19 vaccines:

This plain-language fact sheet is available in several languages, including Spanish.

Company Newsletter content: This short newsletter-style blurb can be widely distributed to share information on COVID-19 vaccines.

Letter to your employees: Customize this letter about COVID-19 vaccination to send to your staff.

Stickers: Print stickers for employees who have been vaccinated to wear in the workplace. Places like Office Depot sell blank stickers that you can feed through a printer like labels.

Posters for the workplace with CDC logo or add your own logo.

Social media messages: if your company is large and you need to get out info to your employees via social media.
