Making Easy Crockpot Recipes For Dinner If you are anything like me, you found yourself after your first child feeling somewhat guilty for returning to work after nine weeks of maternity leave. I ended up doing this five times. My children were my entire world beef and vegetable stew slow cooker of course reminding myself hour after hour that I was in fact working for the well being of their lives, it helped the guilt to subside somewhat. What doesn't subside, are the things you face from not physically being with your children for eight hours a day. Surprisingly you come across issues when you are with them. The time crunch. Crunching for time. Wanting them to be in bed by 8 pm., but knowing you have homework to check, dinner to cook, clothes to wash, that deadline from the office, and now the mandatory story at bedtime doesn't seem so mandatory anymore. Day One: Got up from bed early. Started with exercises that lasted for 40 minutes. Focused on stomach crunches as weight loss is targeted on belly area. Cycled around the housing area. Took a breather in the garden. Freshened up and had a light breakfast of fruits, oats and green tea. No sugar. No honey. No milk. Lunch was made up of a tuna sandwich, fruits and green tea. For tea,had digestive biscuits and green tea. Next meal was slow cooker beef stew with vegetable broth,a slice of toast and more green tea. Bacon frying is a mouth watering aroma that just creeps everywhere in the house and makes one want to run to the kitchen and see what is cooking. Things I grew up eating had bacon to make them special. My Mom made a beef stew that with only a small addition of bacon just made the dish. I have traveled on to many more complicated stews than Mom made, with the same result. I have added bacon to so many wonderful and memorable recipes that made them spectacular. Alice practically slept through the first class. It was about living in a perfect society. The main topic was about a safe crime-free happy environment for everyone. She sat in the back. The professor was tall and skinny. He wore a silver robe. He walked to the back of the classroom. "Mrs. Clemons," he said loudly. Alice said, "Yes." "Stand, please," he said. Alice stood up from a plastic white chair. The professor grabbed the red clip from her hair and tossed it to the floor. He crushed it with his shoe and said, "Unauthorized color in clothing or accessories is not aloud. Sit down, Mrs. Clemons." Alice started to say, "You can't." "Yes, I can. Now, sit and be quiet. You are disrupting the class." Alice sat quietly, but she wanted to scream. Don't turn down favors. There are some items that you will want to buy brand new for your baby. Not all items need to be new to be useful, however. If friends or family members offer to let you borrow items, think about it before saying "no." Large pieces such as a rocking chair or glider or an infant swing are useful items that could easily be borrowed for the short amount of time you will need them for. And when you no longer need them, you can just give them back rather than having to find storage! If you got some leftover turkey, use it again on a different recipe. For instance, you can reheat it and make it as filling to sandwiches. Shred the turkey meat, add spices, mayonnaise or other sandwich spread of your choice, slow cooker beef and vegetable stew slather in between slices of bread. The result is roasted turkey sandwich and who has to know it is from a leftover? Repeats: Repeated the above on days 2,3,4 and 5. Drank more than 8 glasses of water each day. Weighed-in on alternate days. Maintained targeted lose weight exercise routines. However, varied other sessions with brisk walking and swimming. Maintained diet of 4 smaller meals. Eliminated sugar and anything sweet from my meals. Lunch and dinner was not taken at the usual times. All

meals were spaced out by about 4 hours. One dish dinners in the crockpot really do free up your time for other things. Once you find a good slow cooker recipe, combine the ingredients in the crockpot and flip the switch that is all you need to do.
