The Journey : A Celebration of Music, AR Rahman’s magnum opus concert took place in Dubai at the End of January. Buzzy Bee was brought on board from the event onset to generate pre buzz, promote on ground activations, organize a press conference, manage interviews and international media on the event day. In effect, the concert garnered some incredible coverage, cementing us in the minds of the local audience with Cover stories across all the major dailies and magazines. Moreover, our coverage for the 1000 girl choir activation went viral, hitting almost 16 million views. In total we secured 114 pieces of coverage.

Moreover, The post event reviews about its success were also found in Major dailies and news websites across 3 countries – The UAE, India and Pakistan. Buzzy Bee was able to also get “Bollywood Hungama” chief editor Faridoon Shahryar to fly down and cover the concert, making it the twitter trending topic in India.

CHEF:THE MOVIE Bollywood Superstar Saif Ali Khan visited Dubai to Promote his slice of life movie, CHEF. Buzzy Bee was brought on board to organize a large scale press conference alongside one on one interviews with Key Media. Moreover, we promoted the film’s on ground activations as well, namely his special appearance at Level Shoe District in Dubai Mall as well as a few road show activities in other major malls. We secured Full page covers in City Times and Tabloid and A4 page cover article in Hello! Middleeast, not to mention going viral on social media through photos captured and circulated by us.

A BILLION DREAMS

Sachin: A Billion Dreams is a 2017 Indian docudrama-biographical film based on the real life story of Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, former Indian international cricketer regarded as one of the greatest batsman of all time.

Buzzy Bee was called in last minute to organize a major press Conference with key media in the region as well as one on one interviews with the Cricket legend and the film’s director. We successfully secured several covers in major dailies as well as full page stories in leading magazines

Bollywood’s Superstar Arjun Rampal flew down to Dubai to promote his Gangster biopic, Daddy. Buzzy Bee was called in to organize a press as well as interviews with star. Key Dailies, Magazines, radio and TV channels were invited. In turn, we secured several covers across major dailies coupled with chunky stories across the region.

The Region’s largest lifestyle and wedding focused event, Bride Dubai, engaged Buzzy Bee to promote their 21st edition in the UAE. Buzzy Bee managed to secure a landmark 45 Print stories, 180 online stories and major coverage on 14 TV stations. Moreover, we were able to bring over 150 media personnel to the Bride show over a period of 4 days. Bride Dubai was covered by major Influencers and Bloggers during the event as well with Instagram posts and stories ( which we also facilitated )

THE COUTURE WEDDING AFFAIR

Buzzy Bee was engaged by Harper’s Bazaar Bride India for their signature multi designer exhibition - The Couture Wedding Affair. We helped generate pre-event and post event buzz, as well as facilitate an influencer activity, reaching out to 7 prominent Asian bloggers to talk about the event and take part in a photo shoot of them wearing their favorite designer.
