Pro Rheintal is a citizens' network that campaigns for noise protection on traffic routes and airports for the Rhine Valley and Rhinegau region as well as nationwide and in Europe. Pro Rheintal organizes congresses and symposiums, creates publications on the subject of noise and health and has joined forces with initiatives at home and abroad to advocate effective noise protection on traffic routes and airports. The latest publication of the network, the citizens' book on railway noise, is based on a survey of 2000 people affected by railway noise and presents the resulting findings and needs.
