Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine in India Progenesis Fertility Center is launching a one-year structured fellowship program in reproductive medicine, wherein, selected candidates will receive focused education and training. Candidates will be given extensive training from dedicated and experienced mentors in the field.

Admission Eligibility Minimum Educational Qualification Only candidates who have completed post-graduate clinical courses and super-specialty degree courses recognized by the Medical Council of India are eligible to participate in the Progenesis IVF Fellowship Programme. MD (Medicine), MS (Master of Surgery), DNB (Diplomate of National Board), and DGO (Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology) are all examples. Candidates with the MRCOG, FRCOG, and AB of Obstetrics and Gynaecology are also eligible to apply for the Fellowship Programme. Candidates who have studied in a foreign country (other than India) and passed clinical courses in Obstetrics and Gynaecology are eligible to join the Fellowship Programme if they have the following certificates.


 The Medical Council of India, New Delhi, issued the Equivalent Certificate.  The Medical Council of India, New Delhi, has issued a temporary registration certificate.  Certificate of migration from the university where the Post Graduate degree was obtained. *The Academic Board of Progenesis Fertility Center will set eligibility standards and rules.

Time Frame of the Course The duration of the Fellowship Program is one-year. Admissions will be held twice a year in January and July

Candidate selection The Academic Admission Committee will select candidates for the Fellowship Program in a fair and transparent manner. The Admission Academic Committee comprising Dr. Narahari Malgaonkar and Dr. Sonali Malgaonkar will set the criteria and oversee the selection, training, and examination process.  Selected candidates will be full-time students of Progenesis Fertility Center.  The number of candidates per center will be limited.  Before selection, candidates will be conducted written tests and oral interviews.

Fellowship Course and Probation Period The Fellowship Programme will begin in January and July every year. There would be a two-month mandatory probation period during which fellow students' aptitude and attitude would be evaluated.


*To continue the Fellowship Faculty, all fellow students must complete the probation period.

Course Fees, Stipend, and Follow-on Employment Fees: The fees for the 1-year fellowship course are INR 100,000. This fee must be paid by the fellow student at the start of the course. Stipend: Fellowship candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 25,000 for a period of one year, excluding the probation period. Certificate: At the end of their training, successful candidates will receive a Provisional Certification. Follow-on Employment: Depending on the availability of open positions and the discretion of Progenesis, selected students will be offered full-time employment as IVF consultants across Progenesis Fertility Centers in India.
