Indian cuisine is a combination of many subtle tastes. Flavors are as varied as is the climate of India, and as exotic as its people. Fragrant, pungent and warm spices are delicately blended in meticulous proportions to create our dishes. Spices are prepared fresh each day so each individual dish has its distinctive flavor and aroma. Our traditional dishes are rooted in the soil of northern India and we prepare them here the same way as we would in our own home. We never add preservatives and as a result, Tandoor’s many delectable dishes are lean, low in fat, high in fiber and healthy.
