At Heritage, Nimble means that we respond quickly whilst adapting in order to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations, and with diverse individuals and groups.
Our first Nimble awardee,
Jerome Rajnauth is from the Subsurface Business Unit.
Our second Nimble awardee,
Arnold Ramnarine is from the Offshore Business Unit.
Jerome skilfully managed opportunities and risks to deliver the Preliminary Reserves Estimate Report and the Final Reserves Estimate Report weeks earlier than expected. This was indeed an exceptional display of the Nimble value.
Arnold’s nimbleness in leading the recovery of Offshore production whilst managing outcomes from Covid-19 case management, made him a shoo-in for this award.
