The Planning and Performance (P&P) Team comprises 27 team members and represents the Business Units of Finance, Land, Offshore, Business Development, and Midstream. The P&P team sought opportunities to improve organisational processes and outcomes. This team demonstrated the value of excellence in budget management and helped keep the business on its path to delivery.
