Lessons Learnt This solar thermal system demonstrates to us the following points: •
High efficiency of small solar thermal applications;

The solar yield depends strongly on the required temperature level of the process heat application;
•
Good economics;
•
Easy transferability to other SMEs.
This example shows the successful use of small solar thermal plants for industrial process heat application. Due to the easy transferability to other SMEs and possible duplication significant CO2 savings can be achieved.
